摘    要:利用实验室高压反应釜,研究了榆林横山樊河长焰煤中硫含量对煤直接加氢液化反应的影响。结果表明:随着煤中硫含量的增加,油产率和总转化率均先增加再减小;当硫的质量分数为6.65%和4.37%时,油产率和总转化率分别达到最大值49.79%和86.38%;水产率无明显变化规律;除1号煤样,气产率和氢耗量随硫含量的增加而增加;煤中硫、矿物质及体系中氢共同作用催化了煤的加氢液化反应。

The effect of sulfur content on the direct liquefaction reactivity of coals

Abstract:In this article, the influence of sulfur content on the direct liquefaction reactivity of long flam coals was studied in the laboratory autoclave. The experiment results indicated that the oil yield and the total conversion of all the coals increases at first, then decreases with the sulfur content increasing, the maximum value is 49.79 % and 86.38 % when the sulfur content is 6.65% and 4.37%, respectively. The gas yield and hydrogen consumption of all the coals except number 1 increased and the water yield almost did not change with the sulfur content increasing. The combined affect of sulfur and minerals in the coals and the hydrogen in the system can catalyze the direct liquefaction reactivity.
