摘    要:近年来随着工业化和城市化的快速发展,区域发展研究是重大的理论和实践问题。本文基于宏观尺度视角探索区域发展评价的指标体系构建及研究思路,以山东省17地市为单元,在系统评价的基础上总结山东省区域发展的空间分异特征,根据山东省17地市各子系统发展阶段,将山东省划分为六大类区域,并针对不同区域类型从经济转型、产业发展、环境保护、区域一体化等角度提出战略性对策,为山东省新一轮区域规划提供依据。

Abstract:In recent years, with rapid industrialization and urbanization de velopment, regional development studies is a major theoretical and practical issues. Based on the macro-scale of regional development perspective to explore the evaluation index system and research ideas, to 17 cities in Shandong Province as a unit in the system evaluation, study on the spatial differential features on the basis of studying the systems. According to the development stage of 17 cities, the region is divided into six categories. From the eco nomic restructuring, industrial development, environmental protection, region al integration, we propose the corresponding policies and measures for different types of zones, to provide the foundation for a new round development of regions in Shandong Province.
