| 摘 要： | 根据气象科技管理工作的实际需要,综合运用软件工程的观点、方法分析了气象科技管理信息系统的需求,完成了系统功能模块设计、逻辑设计,开发基于B/S(Browser/Server)模式、运用JAVA、JSP(Java Server Page)、JFree Chart、POI等技术实现的气象科技管理信息系统(简称HNMSTMIS),实现了气象科技信息资源的共享和气象科技管理业务的网络运行,具有网上在线申报、成果评分、信息检索、统计分析、上传下载、图表显示等功能,建成了精简、高效的网上管理运作模式和气象科技工作流程管理平台。该系统不仅在内部实现了信息共享和业务网络化管理,而且通过Web实现与外界的信息交换,为各类用户迅速提供了全面、准确的信息服务,具有完善的服务功能、较强的实用性和可操作性。该系统已在河南省气象科技管理工作中应用,并已推广到云南省气象局等部门,取得了较明显的社会和经济效益。

| Abstract: | According to the actual needs of the meteorological R&D management,a meteorological R&D management information system(MIS) was developed through analyzing the demands of the meteorological MIS based on Browser/Server(B/S) fabric with the software engineering principles and methods,by means of such techniques as Java,JSP(Java Server Page) JfreeChart,POI,etc.The functional module design and the logical design of the system were completed.The sharing of information resources and the networking operation of meteorological R&D management were realized.The system has such functions as on-line application,result scoring,information retrieval,statistical analysis,upload and download,image display,etc.;can exchange information through Internet with various outside users;and has been used in the Henan Provincial Meteorological Bureau and the Yunnan Provincial Meteorological Bureau. |
