| 摘 要： | 数值预报急需全球性的ATOVS资料来改善其预报的时效性,因此需要对通信台目前接收的BUFR编码的ATOVS资料进行解码分析统计,看它的覆盖范围是全球性的还是区域性的,是否符合数值预报的要求。文中使用作者自己编写的BUFR码的解码软件,对从德国和日本两条国际线路接收到的BUFR编码的ATOVS资料进行了解码分析,并结合BUFR报文结构和NOAA卫星扫描的特点,得出了ATOVS资料覆盖范围、时次、数据要素等相关统计信息。

| Abstract: | Numerical Weather Prediction(NWP) needs global ATOVS data to improve the time efficiency.So decoding the ATOVS materials and obtaining the area information are needed to find out whether these ATOVS materials are fit for NWP.The BUFR-coded ATOVS messages are analyzed and the information about the area,times,data elements,etc.are gained,according to the structure of ATOVS messages and the characteristics of the secondary planet scanning. |
