| 摘 要： | 本文在分析湖南经济布局的现状基础上，根据“据点开发，轴线开发，网络开发三阶段”理论，提出了湖南区域经济布局的战略构想，确立了发展极，产业带和经济发展圈，文章认为，对各产业带和经济发展圈的开发应实施非均衡协调发展战略，近期应选择湘东产业带，环洞庭湖经济发展圈和长株潭经济发展圈为重点开发地域。

| Abstract: | unan, located between the South China economic zone and the Yengtes River economiczone, has shaped bsaically the pattern of opening door to the north and the south. Its industrial distribution is in coordination with resource distribution, but its industrial structure has not been ratiotal. According to the plan of tree-stage development of spot, axis and network, suggestions about regional economic distribution in Hunan are put forwart. 1) Changsha, Yueyang,Hengyang and Huaihua are chosen as the first class developmental poles, and Zhuzhou,Xizngtan, Changde, Yiyang, Zhangjiajie, Shaoyang, Loudi, Yongzhou and Chengzhou as the second ones. 2) Four industrial belts will form With the economic radiation and proliferation of the developinentul poles. They are: East Hunan industrial belt, Changsha- Shimen railway industrial belt, Hunan-Guizhou taiway industrial belt and West Hunan industral belt. 3) Four economic developthent zones ot difterent shes will be established, which interact and interweave with each other. They are: economic development zone of the Dongting Lake rim, ChangshaZhuzhou-Xiangtan economic development zone, South Hunan economic development zone and Huaihua- Shaoygng-Loudi economic development zone. It is considered that with the development of the poles, industrial belts and economic development zones, the advantages in location and the existing infrastructure facilities in Hunan would be brought into full play, an economic network with central cities world be formed, and socio- economic development in Hunan would beachieves. |
