| Abstract: | The predictive methods of single building in the world includedhistorical statistical seismic damage method, spe cialist evaluation method, fuzzy analogy method, half～experience and half～theory method, structural theory method and development analysis method. Research reviews of predictive methods about single building in the world were done first in the paper, then the advantages and shortcomings of kinds of methods were discussed. |
