不同植被演替阶段的岩溶土壤微生物特征——以广西马山弄拉峰丛洼地为例

摘    要:岩溶区不同演替阶段的植被通过改变土壤环境从而影响土壤微生物的分布。本文采用稀释平板测数法和土壤常规分析对弄拉峰丛洼地5个不同演替阶段土壤微生物种群分布特征及土壤理化性质进行了研究。结果表明,土壤微生物分布随演替阶段和土壤深度显著变化,细菌约占土壤微生物总数的90%以上,占绝对优势,微生物总量随土壤深度增加而减少,微生物总量在上层表现为顶级林>灌丛>乔幼林>灌草丛>草丛,在中层则表现为灌丛>乔幼林>顶级林>灌草丛>草丛,在下层表现为灌丛>顶级林>乔幼林。此外,文章还探讨了土壤微生物种类、数量与土壤理化性质的关系,发现不同土壤微生物种类和数量与土壤有机碳、有效N、土壤空隙度存在明显的正相关,相关系数分别为0.88,0.74和0.66,与土壤pH值、M gO、A l2O3等含量成负相关,相关系数分别为-0.77,-0.65,-0.65。

Abstract:In karst area,vegetation at different successions affects the soil environment.Consequently,it influences soil microbial distribution.In Nongla peak cluster depression karst ecosystem,microbial distribution and soil physical and chemical qualities at different successiosn are researched by the dilution plate counting method and soil essential analysis.The results show that a bacterium is the dominant genus of soil microbe which occupies 90% of the soil microbe.Distribution of soil microbe varies obviously at different successions and along with the depth down to the soil profile.The number of soil microbe assumes as surface layer>middle layer>under layer;compared microbe quantity at different successions,in surface layer,the order is that tree stage>shrub stage>young tree stage>shrub and grass stage>grass stage;in middle layer,the order is that shrub stage>young tree stage>tree stage>shrub and grass stage>grass stage.Meanwhile,in lower layer,the order is that shrub stage>tree stage>young tree stage.We discussed the relationship between distribution of microbe and 9 kinds of soil physical and chemical properties.It shows that the species and numbers of soil microbes have positive correlation with soil organic carbon(correlation coefficient 0.88),effective nitrogen(correlation coefficient 0.74)and soil gap degree(correlation coefficient 0.66) while they have negative correlation with pH value(correlation coefficient-0.77),content of MgO(correlation coefficient-0.65) and Al2O3(correlation coefficient-0.65).
