| 摘 要： | 以质量求生存,以效益求发展,通过对测绘生产单位质量管理的现状及质量管理过程中存在的问题进行分析和详细阐述,在此基础上提出了提高人员素质,不断强化质量意识,树立新的测绘质量观念,建立、健全质量管理体系。

| Abstract: | The existing with the quality, the development with the economic benefit, the existing problems for the present quality management and quality management process to the surveying and mapping product units are analyzed and expounded, on the basis of that, it is proposed that we should raise technical personnel's quality, enhance the quality consciousness continuously, set up a new idea for the surveying and mapping quality and establish a perfect quality management system. |
