| 摘 要： | 辨析湿地、公园与湿地公园,以及城市湿地公园与湿地公园两组概念,理清其相互关系和异同。提出湿地公园边界范围界定的关键是湿地生态系统的完整性、连续性、相对独立性和管理的方便可行性。湿地公园的功能主要是系统保护和综合利用,需要根据实际情况划分不同的功能分区进行管理,保证两大功能的有效平衡。

Issues of Concern in Preparing Master Plan of Wetland Park |

| Abstract: | AbstractTwo sets of concepts of wetland, park and wetland park, and urban wetland park and wetland park were analyzed to clarify relationship and differences between them. It is suggested that the key issues of boundary determination for wetland park are integrity, continuity, relative independence of wetland ecosystem and management feasibility. The main functions of wetland park are the system protection and integrated utilization. Based on actual situation, wetland is divided into function zones for efficient management, in order to balance the two major functions. |
