Abstract: | The phonon excitation spectrum of Coulomb lattice in the neutron star crusts is studied by solving Dyson's equation for phonons. It is shown that a strong renormalization of the phonon spectrum occurs at densities![rgr](/content/n582743p6101238p/xxlarge961.gif) ![ge](/content/n582743p6101238p/xxlarge8805.gif)
