青藏高原热源与天气系统影响灾害性天气的研究进展

摘    要:青藏高原热源与天气系统对我国灾害性天气的影响一直是高原气象学的重点和难点。本文从高原热源与天气系统影响灾害性天气关键区与强信号、高原涡与西南涡基本结构和演变特征及其东移机制、高原热源与天气系统关系及其对暴雨天气影响、基于高原影响的灾害性天气分析诊断预报技术等4个方面,综述了其近10年内的最新进展;并针对高原地-气过程影响、天气系统分布演变特征、高原影响灾害性天气机理和高原气象观测试验布局等研究指出了存在的主要问题;最后,围绕高原气象综合观测系统、高原天气变化理论和高原天气预报技术展望了青藏高原影响灾害性天气未来的主要发展趋势。

Progress of Research on the Disaster Weather Affected by the Heat Source and the Weather Systems over the Tibetan Plateau

Abstract:The influences of the heat source and the weather systems over the Tibetan Plateau on China’s disaster weather are always the key and difficult point of Plateau meteorology. The new progress are reviewed in this paper in the last 10 years from four aspects, including the key areas and the precursory signal of affecting the disaster weather with the heat source and the weather systems over the Plateau, the basic structure and variation characteristics and activity mechanism of the Tibetan Plateau Vortex (TPV) and the Southwest China Vortex (SWCV), the relationship between the heat source and the weather systems over the Plateau and its influence on torrential rain weather, and the analysis, diagnosis, prediction techniques of the disaster weather based on the Plateau influence. And it is pointed out there are still some problems in the influence of the Plateau land-air process, the distribution and the evolution characteristics of the weather systems, the Plateau-influencing mechanism for the disaster weather and the layout of observation and experiment of Plateau meteorology. Finally, the future development trends about the Plateau-influencing disaster weather are emphasized based on the integrated observation system of Plateau meteorology, the variation theory of the Plateau weather and forecasting technique of the Plateau weather.
