| 摘 要： | 基于黑河流域器测水文等资料,分析了近50 a来黑河流域水资源形成区——上游山区水资源变化的历史背景和趋势、平原绿洲-荒漠耗水区3个循环带水资源时空变化及区域耗水特征,以及水资源管理政策变化下的流域中下游水环境问题和社会经济系统水循环过程中的水问题,探讨了解决内陆河流域水问题的水资源集成管理和区域可持续发展对策。
