| 摘 要： | 基于国土空间规划视域下分析了中国工矿城镇发展的主要影响因素。结合国土空间规划对工矿城镇发展的要求,探讨了将国土空间规划要求落实到工矿城镇发展中的政策和技术路径,并按照空间规划融合统一的国土空间规划思路,提出了工矿城镇发展融入国土空间规划的设想。通过对中国陕北煤炭资源集中开采区工矿城镇发展的分析和案例总结,结合国土空间规划的政策和技术,针对陕北煤炭资源集中开采区工矿城镇未来发展,总结提出了5种不同发展模式;在国土空间规划的视域下,探讨工矿城镇发展的理论模式,为今后工矿城镇及区域协调发展提供依据和实践参考。

| Abstract: | Against the background of National Spatial Planning,this paper analyzes main factors that influence the development of mining industrial cities in China.With requirements from the National Spatial Planning,this paper discusses how this spatial framework is being integrated with urban development in cities with mining as its pillar industry and examines existing problems.With an investigation of mining and industrial cities in Northern Shaanxi Province,the author identifies five modes of urban development in cities with mining as its pillar industry.The categorization is based on ideas from the National Spatial Planning framework.This research contributes to current theoretical discussions and provides empirical reference for coordinated development of mining and industrial urban area and regions. |
