| 摘 要： | 水利测绘单位开展岗位设置管理工作，建立岗位设置管理制度，是水利测绘单位人事管理制度的重大改革和创新，2008年初，岗位设置管理在全国水利测绘行业全面铺开，进入实施阶段。本文就水利测绘单位岗位设置管理的概念，现实意义和重要性进行研究和探讨，为水利测绘单位人事制度改革顺利进行和岗位设置管理工作有序开展提供参考。
