摘    要:于1986-1990年,在大连凌水养殖四场采集海带,对磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧激酶在海带不同部位、不同发育时期及不同外界条件下活性的变化予以研究。结果表明,该酶是海带体内唯一重要的催化CO2暗固定的酶;此酶活性由海带基部、中部至顶端逐渐减弱;酶活性在用正常水温预处理藻体时最高;正常盐度时酶的活性高于非正常盐度的酶活性;增加NH4+浓度可提高酶的活性。

Abstract:Phosphoenolpyrurate Carboxykinase (PEP-CK) activities of different parts, deve-lopmental periods, and conditions of marine brown algae Laminaria iaponica collec-ted from the Ling Shui breeding station were studied from 1986 to 1990. The res-ults showed that PEP-CK is tlie sole important enzyme whicli catalyzed light inde-pendent fixation of carbon dixoide in L. japonica. PEP-CK activity in basal part of tlie thallus was high, and decreased gradually toward the apical part. The enzymic activity in the young developmental period was higher than that in the mature pe-riod.There were some tendencies that some environmental factors miglit affect the PEP-CK activity, tliat is, the activities at/in normal seawater temperature and sali-nity were liigher than that at/in abnormal ones. Increasing the content of NH4+ in madium cou1d also promote PEP-CK activity.
