| Abstract: | The space distribution of flexural strains induced in a floating ice cover by its oscillations caused by the motion of an
area of constant pressure is investigated. The dependences of flexural strains in front the load, in the loaded area, and
in the wave track on the thickness of ice, velocity of propagation of pressure, and the type of its distribution are analyzed.
