一次冰雹天气的数值模拟及地形敏感性试验研究

摘    要:利用中尺度模式对2020年3月23日贵州一次强冰雹天气过程进行了数值模拟研究,并与观测的雷达回波、卫星反演结果和冰雹落区进行比较,在此基础上探讨了地形对冰雹云的影响。地形敏感性试验结果表明,地形的变化会改变降雹的空间分布,地形增高会导致贵州西部偏南风增强,加强辐合,降雹前期垂直速度迅速升高,输送更多的过冷水,使雪晶、霰含量增加,有利于雹云的发展增强和冰雹的形成,使地面累积降雹量增加,地形降低反之。

Experimental Study on Terrain Sensitivity and Numerical Simulation of a Hail Process in Guizhou Province

Abstract:The numerical simulation study is conducted through the mesoscale model to simulate a severe hail process in Guizhou Province on March 23, 2020, and the results are compared with the radar echo, satellite inversion results and hail fall area. On this basis, the influence of terrain on hail cloud is studied. The results show that the change of terrain will change the spatial distribution of hail. The increase of terrain height will lead to the increase of southerly wind and convergence in the west of Guizhou. The vertical velocity will increase rapidly in the early stage of hail, and more supercooled water will be transported during the process, which will increase the content of snow crystal and graupel. It is conducive to the development of hail cloud and the formation of hail. The accumulated amount of Hail on the ground will increase, and the decrease of the terrain height will get the contrary result.
