摘    要:基于城市乡镇街道空间单元及能源消费碳排放的定量方法基础上,计算了北京市2004和2008 年第二、三产业的二氧化碳排放量及其空间分布。结果表明:北京市第二产业的碳排放总量变化不大,空间上呈现东南高、西北低的格局;第三产业的碳排放总量则有明显的增长,空间上呈现内城区碳排放值较高、且向外围圈层扩散的趋势;第三产业中分配性服务业和生产性服务业的碳排放量较高,2008 年分配性服务业碳排放的高值区主要分布于南部的城市近郊区,生产性服务业碳排放的高值区分布于高端服务业较为集聚的区域。

Abstract:There have been few studies on spatial distribution of carbon emissions on a micro scale. Based on the spatial units of urban streets and towns, this paper summarized the quantitative method of conversion of energy consumption into carbon emissions, and then selected regional population density, number of employees and number of business units from national economic classification professions as weighting parameters of spatial carbon emissions to propose a research method about small-scale spatial distribution of the carbon emissions in urban industrial carbon emissions. Taking Beijing as a case study and using the above method, this paper made a study on small-scale spatial distribution of carbon dioxide emissions of Beijing between 2004 and 2008. Research results showed there is little change in carbon emissions of secondary industry which was high in the southeast and low in the northwest. Carbon emissions of the tertiary industry increased obviously, and the carbon emissions of inner city were higher and showed the trend of diffusion to the external circle. Carbon dioxide emissions of the distributive services and producer services are relatively high, and the growth rate of carbon emissions of distributive services is the highest in the tertiary industry. The high value area of the carbon emissions of distributive services is mainly distributed in the suburbs of the city, while the high value area of the carbon emissions of producer services are distributed in high-end service industries concentrated area. Furthermore, on the basis of the hypothesis that carbon emissions were related with economic development, the calculation results were tested. The test results showed that carbon emissions of counties instead of township streets for the research unit have a significant correlation to GDP. This study provides valuable references on techniques and methods for formulating the policies of urban and regional carbon emissions reduction.
