| 摘 要： | 现代服务业是现代经济社会持续发展的新动力，也是一个国家和地区经济现代化和国际化的重要标志。“十一五”期间河南现代服务业面临前所未有的发展机遇。要加快河南省现代服务业的发展，必须在明确发展重点的基础上，加快服务业市场化进程，坚持实行产业化经营，逐步形成多元化投资的发展格局，强化社会化服务，创造良好的外部环境，加快对外开放步伐，积极开拓国际市场。

| Abstract: | Modern service industry is a new motive power of the sustainable development of modern economy and society,and an important symbol of modernization and internationalization of economy in a country or a region.Now the modern service industry of Henan is facing an unprecedented opportunity to develop during the period of the eleventh-five-year programme.In order to speed up the development of our province's MIS,we must base on the explicit development priority to accelerate the process of market-oriented service industry,adopt the industrilized management,gradually form the development pattern of pluralistic investment,strengthen socialized service,creat amiable outward milieu,enhance the pace of opening to the outside,explore international market actively. |
