| 摘 要： | 深入开展食用菌产业碳排放规律及其变化趋势的研究具有十分重要的意义。结合福建省食用菌产业发展实际与碳排放研究主要进展,阐述了创立食用菌产业碳排放动态评估的技术体系及其过程优化运作管理的必要性,并进一步提出了因地制宜减排与实施行业碳中和计划的设想及其对策建议,以求为开辟菌业碳减排的新技术领域与食用菌产业绿色发展提供参考与借鉴。

| Abstract: | It is important to study carbon dioxide emissions from the edible fungi industry.Combined with the actual development of edible mushroom industry in Fujian Province,the progress of carbon emissions research was reviewed.The necessity of carbon emission assessment and optimized management of the industry were discussed.We put forward some ideas and suggestions for reducing emissions and implementing the carbon neutral plan in order to provide reference for the development of new technologies for reducing carbon emissions and green development of mushroom industry. |
