| Abstract: | ABSTRACT It is shown that a numerical model for predicting the depth time variation of water temperature in a fresh water lake or reservoir can be used also for prediction of water losses due to evaporation. The seasonal change in peak evaporation from summer (in small lakes) to winter (in large lakes) is satisfactorily simulated. |
