摘    要:本文以济南北跨城市规划区为例,采用模糊层次分析法及GIS空间分析技术,构建了"先建后采、先采后建、只建不采和只采不建"四种情境下的资源开发与城市建设适宜性评价模型,选取了对研究区综合效益影响较大的9个因子,采用德尔菲法确定了各情境下单因子内部的效益性评价分值,通过赋值叠加处理,得到不同情境下各评价单元的因子赋值结果,最...

Abstract:In this paper, taking north cross urban planning area in Ji''nan city as an example, by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and GIS spatial analysis technology, the suitability evaluation model of resource development and urban construction under four conditions of "north cross before mining, build after mining, build only without mining and mining only without building" has been constructed. Selecting 9 factors which have a great impact on the comprehensive benefits in the study area, by useing the Delphi method, the internal benefit evaluation score of single factor in each situation has been determined. Through assignment superposition processing, the factor assignment results of each evaluation unit in different situations have been obtained. Finally, combining with the development planning of north cross planning area in Ji''nan city, the plan of optimizing the layout of urban construction and coal resources development of Ji''nan North cross city planning area has been put forward. In addition, coal mining should take into account the long-term development of urban construction, select the appropriate mining and filling methods to reduce the impact of ground subsidence.
