| Abstract: | The characteristic of shear wave velocity of foundation ground in Shanghai Region is studied in the paper. The data is come from 32 term of engineering project in Shanghai Region. It is discussed in detail about the increasing rule of shear wave velocity with depth.An empirical equation for the depth on shear wave velocity is proposed, which can be a useful reference for engineering construction. |
