| 摘 要： | 针对城市突发事件及各类应急预案的特点,将GIS的可视化技术及信息集成技术与突发事件应急处理相结合,探讨了应急指挥系统的总体框架和应急处理流程,并对在3G时代采用GIS技术处理突发事件所发挥的重要作用进行了展望.

| Abstract: | Through identifying the features of urban emergencies and types of contingency plans,this paper combines the GIS visualization and information integration technique with emergency response system.This paper discusses the framework and emergency processing flow of the system.Finally,it proposes the future role of GIS in dealing with emergencies in 3G era. |
