| 摘 要： | 着重介绍了NPGIS系统的设计、GIS平台（MapInfo）与DBMS系统(基于PowerBuilder开发)的系统集成、NPGIS系统与数据库的连接等关键性技术，在此基础上完成了系统的设计与实现。
