| Abstract: | Viewing at the angle of seismometry, the paper examines the method of fast determination of epicenter parametre of large earthquakes,discusses the problem of how to form a complete set of equipment so as to make sure that it can meet the needs of monitoring the parameter of large earthquakes. The development of high-technical devices suitable for pro-viding disaster relief in cities is also discussed. |
