| Abstract: | How to make the rational regulation-control and full use of soil water resources is a important question for study at present. The evaluation of soil water rescueres is a key work. In this paper, having introduced the general conception of soil water resources and common evaluation methods, the amendments to the evaluation methods are made. Finally, a new method for calculating the regulation reserve of soil water transforming from precipitation according to the relation among the four kinds of water such as precipitation, soil water, surface water, and groundwater. |
