基于Oracle数据库的空间信息元数据管理系统

摘    要:结合国家基础地理信息系统(NFGIS)元数据标准(草案),介绍了空间数据的元数据管理以及相应的Oracle数据库设计和建立。并以宁波市地理信息系统为例,说明其空间信息元数据管理系统的建立流程和构架,获得成功的应用。研究表明,通过空间信息元数据管理系统的建立,实现元数据快速高效管理,最大程度满足了社会各行业用户对空间地理数据的需求。

Abstract:With the development of GIS and with the improved apparatus,spatial data are used more and morewidely in many fields.The extraordinary feature of spatial data is its plenty of information.So it is necessary tofigure a quick and effective way to manage the metadata of spatial data.Spatial metadata includes the content,quality,identifier,coordinate system,and format of spatial data.It somewhat is regarded as the index of spatialdatasets.According to the Metadata Standards of NFGIS(National Fundamental of GIS)drafted by NationalCenter of GIS,this paper discusses how to manage metadata of spatial information and build Oracle Database.Taking Ningbo GIS as an example,the building flow and architecture of spatial metadata management systemwas introduced.The study showed that spatial metadata management system can help to manage metadata morequickly' and efficiently,thus meeting the social requirement for spatial geographical data to the fullest extent.
