| 摘 要： | 城市应急预案决策支持系统是城市各类应急预案的有效综合和具体实施。本文详细阐述了利用GIS强大的空间数据管理与分析功能,建立城市应急预案决策支持系统的原理、方法、空间数据库设计及空间分析模型建模等。城市应急预案决策支持系统能有效地缩短城市应对各类紧急事故的时间,提高应对效率,为救援工作的及时、快速、准确提供决策支持。

| Abstract: | The decision support system(DSS) for emergency plan of city is the effectual integration and concrete actualization of every type of emergency plan of city.Making use of the powerful capability of spatial data management and spatial analysis of GIS,the principle,technique,design of spatial database and mode of spatial analysis which the decision support system for emergency plan will be established on were expatiated.The time of answer the emergency will be shortened,and the efficiency will be enhanced by the decision support system.It also provide the decision support for the timely,fast,exact of succor. |
