水资源价值对水利工程经济评价影响研究

摘    要:水资源价值是水资源可持续利用的基础,在传统的水利工程经济评价中,由于受“水资源是取之不尽用之不竭”的思想束缚,根本没有考虑水资源本身价值,导致水利工程经济评价结果失真或者可行性结论出现偏差.将水资源本身价值纳入水利工程经济评价范畴,探讨了水资源价值对水利工程经济评价的影响,结果表明,考虑水资源本身的价值,同不考虑资源本身价值相比,会对分析结果产生巨大影响,甚至可能与原有的结论相反

Abstract:Water resource value is the foundation of water resource continuous utilization.The traditi onal water conservancy project economy a ssessment was manacled by the idea of "water resource are taken unexhausted and expensed unexhausted",so there was a complete lack of taking into account water resource itself value,brought the water conservancy project economic assessment into a fuzzy result or a feasibility conclusion with deviation.This text brings water res ource themselves value into the water conserv ancy project economy appraise in two asp ects:the influences of water resource value on supply-requirement contradiction at waters upply area and water conserv ancy project economy benefits,the result declares that consideration or no consid eration water resource themselves value can bring into tremendous influence on a nalytical results,even may-be bring opposite conclusion comparison with intrinsic conclusion.
