| Abstract: | As a new reform attempt of land use institution in China, urban land purchase and reserve system has a positive effect on land market development and optimal allocation of land resources. Based on the successful experience of market-economy developed countries and regions in the establishment of land purchase system, in legal protection, in operational model and based on the characteristics of China's urban land market, this paper, summarizing and generalizing a series of enlightenment, puts forward suggestions so as to help to establish and improve China's system of urban land purchase and reserve. |
