| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种基于移动嵌入式GIS的地下管线野外数据采集系统的功能设计和具体的实现方法，采用RTK定位技术和GSM通信技术实现厘米级定位精度，为地下管线系统的图形绘制及生产管理提供了一种快速准确高效的方法。
