| 摘 要： | 生态环境建设是西部社会经济发展的重要因素之一。文章肯定了实施西部大开发以来西部生态环境建设取得的成绩，客观分析了西部生态环境存在的生态脆弱、可持续发展能力不足、生态环境整体仍在恶化的现状，强调西部生态环境恶化对全国国民经济可持续发展造成的损失远比其对西部经济发展所造成的直接损失更广泛、更严重，并提出了西部生态环境建设具体措施。

| Abstract: | The construction of ecological environment is one of the most importment factors in the development course of the society and economy in the western part of China.Firstly,the paper affirms the achievements gained in the fields of ecological environment construction since the carrying out of the great development of western regions,objectively analyses the status quo of the constructoon of ecological environment of western part: the ecological environment is fragile,the sustainable development ability is not sufficient,the entirety of ecological environment is still worsening.And then the paper emphasizes that the influence of the worse ecological environment of western part on sustainable development of the national economy is more serious than on the western part's economic development itself.Finally some concrete suggestions to the construction of ecological environment of western part are put forward. |
