| Abstract: | Through analysis on the employment that engage in organizing and managing scientific research on operation units more than 10 years,we find out the countermeasure of expanding in scientific research and technique exploiture on operation units,which is very important to exert effect of meteorological operation department on all levels,enhance quality of meteorological forecast service,strengthen cultivation of person with ability and expand in scientific research and technique exploiture. |
