| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了在网络化时代政府机关数字化档案管理系统的运作方式,初步提出了模块化流程系统的概念,并指出在信息化时代中,政府机关档案管理工作网络化的优势和目前存在的不足,并根据实际情况,提出档案管理系统网络化的改进方向。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the operation of the digitalized archives management system in governmen- tal departments in today" s information era,proposes the concept of the modularized system,and points out the advantages and presently existed shortages of the digitalized archives management in governmental departments.Based on the actual conditions,the author puts forward some suggestions on improving the digitalized archives management system. |
