| 摘 要： | 针对工程限额设计中,限额难以合理确定和科学有效分配等问题,提出了工程限额设计模型,并给出了基于历史相似实例集的限额确定和限额分配方法。将灰色关联分析和模糊聚类理论相结合,通过设计实例灰色模糊聚类算法,求解与待设计实例最相似的实例集合,以实例集合各实例的项目分解结构设计信息和对应造价信息作为待设计项目限额的确定及分配参照,还可以采用价值工程方法对设计进行优化。模型实现了设计阶段投资控制的主动性。实验结果表明了所提模型的可行性和有效性。
