| Abstract: | Based on the data of x-ray diffraction analysis, differential thermal analysis, infrared spectrum, transmitted electron microscope and scanning electron microscope. This paper presents an examination and analysis of the rock-minerals and micro- textures of shallow soil in Shanghai city proper. The relationship between landsurface settlement and clayminerals and microtextures is discussed. |
