| 摘 要： | 主体功能区建设是区域开发的新思维,将对县域城镇化的发展思路、空间布局、产业发展、制度创新、公共服务等方面带来重大影响。文中运用空间结构理论、城镇化理论和制度经济学方法,在分析县域城镇化存在问题的基础上,结合主体功能区规划建设,对县域城镇化的实现路径进行了探索。认为推进县域城镇化过程中要明确主体功能区定位,并在规划布局、城镇建设、产业发展、教育培训和制度创新等方面有所突破,以实现县域城镇化的科学发展。
