| 摘 要： | 根据湖南省山洪灾害的实际情况，对灾害的特点、成灾原因、已经采取的防治措施等进行了分析，指出了现有防治工作中存在的问题，对今后山洪灾害的防治提出了相应的建议。

| Abstract: | The characters, causes, adopted prevention measures etc. were analyzed in according to the practice of the mountain torrent disaster in Hunan Province. The problems and deficiencies of the current prevention system were pointed out, and the suggestions on prevention measures for the future also were brought forward in this paper. |
