Solve villages and towns debt problem is that it analyzes the origin cause of formation and puts forward the effective solution from system, mechanism , economy , management all to need. For instance: reforming financial system , large slips developping simultaneously and preventing the new born debt; taking effective supplementary measure digest debt extant wait for. |
