| Abstract: | Due to the severity of impact of climatic change on environment and ecosystem and sustainable development of economy and society,academic circles,publics and many countries are now paying close attention to researching these issues.Climate change has the close relation to human being's existence and development.Deal with the climatic change to realize sustainable development is very important and emergent.We must pursue comprehensive,balanced and sustainable development and follow the guidance of the Scientific Outlook on Development to deal with the climate change. |
