摘    要:将Pawka为改进最大似然方法(MLM)而提出的迭代方案应用于扩展本征关方法(EEV),作为EEV的一种迭代形式(IEEV)。用模拟数据检验了IEEV的合理性,并与EEV作了比较。计算结果表明,IEEV的估计性状较EEV有改善。最后将IEEV及EEV用于分析仪器阵列的外海观测数据。

Abstract:The iterative procedure, proposed by Pawka (1983) for improving the maximum likelihood rnethod (MLM) on the extimation of the directional spectra of sea waves, is applied to the extended eigenvector method (EEV) derived by Guan etal. (1990), as an iterative algorithm of the EEV (IEEV). The IEEV is verified and compared with the EEV by numerical simulations in the present paper. In the nurnerical simulations, the directional spreading functions of Longuet-Higgins type are employed as input and the existence of noise background in input is consideed.Three types of pitch/ron buoy, star and CERC of wave probe array are adopted.The results of the numerical simulations show that the IEEV is superior to the EEV and is especially competent for sea waves with high background noise and narrow angular spread. The IEEV and the EEV are applied to the analyses of field observathion data obtained at an oil platform with 4-probe array in order to estimate the directional spectra of sea waves. The estimated directional spectra are reasonable and reliable.
