| Abstract: | Som deduction approaches of entropy function and its variety characteristics are presented and reviewed. This paper also points out that the carnot cycle which was quoted in several textbook of physical chemistry is not a good method to infer entropy function. It shows that it is a better method, which has the definite physical meaning and avoids the complicated mathematical inference, to deduce entrooy function from the first law of thermodynamics. |
