| 摘 要： | 文章首先总结了1930年以来英国区域规划体制诞生与演变的历程；然后，从英国规划政策背景、立法基础、规划目标与主体构成、基本程序、主要政策领域、可持续发展评估以及实施监控与回顾等多个方面，全面介绍了现行英国区域规划模式的主要内容与方法；最后，针对中国区域城镇规划目前存在的核心问题，提出可以从英国区域规划模式中获得的一些启示。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly summarizes the naissance and the evolvement of the regional planning system from 1930s on in UK,then introduces the key contents and methods of the actual regional planning model on the aspects of EU's policy context,legislation,planning objectives,composition of authorities,procedure, key policy domains,sustainable development appraisal,monitoring and review,etc.,and finally analyzes the key problems of Chinese urban system planning and proposes some revelations which can be obtained from the actual mode of regional planning in UK. |
