摘    要:冲击器缸体是冲击器的重要组成部分,由于其工作和受力情况非常复杂,用常规的方法无法对其进行准确的受力分析。有限元法是一种有效的数值计算方法,通过应用ANSYS有限元软件,对YSC-178型射流冲击器的缸体进行建模,并在不同的工作情况下进行了应力应变分析,最后得出缸体变形主要是径向变形的结论。这一结论与实际情况相符合,说明应用有限元法可以对钻探机具的各部件进行准确的受力分析,进而可以指导和优化设计。

Abstract:The cylinder is an important part of percussive hammer. Because of its complex working environment and force, it is very difficult to use the general methods in analyzing its strength exactly. Finite element method is an effective mathematical calculating method. Through applying ANSYS software, and building the mathematic model of the cylinder of YSC-178 Fluid Efflux Hammer, stress and strain of the cylinder in different working condition were analyzed. At last, the conclusion that the deformation of cylinder happens primarily in radial orientation, comes out, which is consistent with real result. It apperars to be that using finite element method is very accurate and reliable to analyze every parts of drilling tools,and can be used in guiding and optimizing design.
