摘    要:伴随经济发展而来的环境问题越来越引起人们的关注和深入研究。著名“Coase论”中现实对理论层面污染权“归属”的多重争议;Pigou基于对污染物征税思想而付诸实践中的有效“污染者付费原则”的实施质疑;Lindahl的林达尔均衡(Lindahl Equilibriun);Arrow“偏好说”;Clarke的克拉克税(Clarke’s tax)等等,已经从理论层面上大大提高了政府与消费者对环境的关注程度。但均没有涉及到一个问题:即随着消费者对良好环境的日益偏好,厂商行为也必将相应改变。本文在设定基本假设和概念的基础上,利用改进的消费者效用函数和博弈论的方法,分析了消费者偏好的改变及其对厂商间竞争行为的影响,讨论了如何显示消费者对良好环境的偏好。指出厂商在进入目标市场前,应首先揭示消费者对良好环境的偏好,判断消费者的环境敏感度。据此偏好,讨论得出在两厂商竞争博弈中,大厂商应当按照不同的市场类型选择环保产品和非环保产品的生产。小厂商则应当根据大厂商的选择做出与大厂商相同的选择;在多厂商博弈中,大厂商数量越多,生产环保产品的可能性就越大,以期对消费者环境偏好理论的深入研究提供新的分析视角和依据。同时本文验明生产环保产品不一定会降低厂商的利润。

Abstract:It has been reported that in these days consumers are increasingly concerned about the environment.Using utility function and game theory,this paper analyzes the changes of consumers' preference and its influence on the manufactures.It points out that before entering the targeted market,manufacturers should first reveal consumers' preferences on good environment and change their sensitivity to the environment.In the duopoly game,the large manufacture should choose the production of environmental or non-environmental products while the small one follows it.In the multi-manufacture game,as shown in the paper,the larger the number of big manufactures,the more likely they are to produce environmental products.Besides,this paper also deduces that environmental products will not necessarily reduce their profits.
