| 摘 要： | 近年来湖南找矿突破前景乐观,如地质四一三队发现了含金刚石的橄榄钾镁煌斑岩体群。为扩大找矿突破成果,在地质项目管理中,需要理顺国家需要与地质可能、导向矿种与一般矿种、大型矿床与小型矿床、矿床新类型与传统类型以及勘查与开发等五种关系。

| Abstract: | It is optimistic for the prospect of an important brcakthrough in scarching mineral resources in Hu-nan because of the achievements obtained recent years. An example is 413 Brigade who has found a swarm of di-mondiferous lamproites. For the purpose of enlarging the achievements we have had, we must correctly handle five relations in the management of geological projects, that is, between state demands for the mineral resources and the possibility in geological prospecting, between guiding minerals and ordinary ones, between deposits with large reserves and the smallers, between deposits of new type and the traditional deposits, and between explo-ration of mineral resources and their mining. |
