能谱仪(EDS)测试结果中元素含量异常的研究

摘    要:在EDS定量分析中,有时会见到某些元素(Si、Fe、Al、Cr等)含量的异常现象。能谱仪的测试研究表明,引起异常的主要因素有:标样选用不当,磨料污染,试样中的包体,矿物天然表面吸着的Si、Fe胶态薄膜,被测矿物周围邻接物质成分的影响,被测物质厚度过小或样品表面的复盖物等;对不同因素的影响效果可采取相应的对策给予减小或消除。

Abstract:The abnormality of the element (Si,Al,Fe or Cr) content is common in-the EDS analysis result.For instance, Si in some silicates is often on the high-side, even"oversaturated". We have studied the factors causing the abnormality of the element content.The result shows that there are different primary factors resulting in the abnormality such as not proper standard samples, sample contaminated by the abrasive/inclusion in the specimen, SiO2 and(or)Fe-(OH)8 colloid films absorbed on natural surfaces of the minerals, influence of composition of materials around the grain studied, the very thin determined substance in thickness and materials covering on the specimen surface.The effect of several factors can be reduced or eliminafed using cor-rensponding counter-measures.
