| 摘 要： | 以福建厦门岛为例,通过空间句法结合核密度估计法等GIS技术,在分析不同规模(社区、市区)购物中心和路网形态分布的基础上,通过逐步回归方法探究路网形态对城市购物中心布局的影响。结果表明:购物中心总体呈现多中心轴向发展的集聚与扩散并存的空间分布特征,购物中心的级别越高,聚集程度越弱;路网形态的空间差异显著,高穿行度与整合度的路网形成从厦门岛中西部地区向四周延伸辐射的路网形态,这与岛内的主要交通走廊契合;局部路网形态对购物中心的影响大于全局性路网,购物中心对路网形态的穿过与可达特性均有较大的依赖性;社区购物中心与局部路网的穿行度和整合度正相关,市区购物中心与全局路网的穿行度正相关。

| Abstract: | Taking Xiamen Island in Fujian Province for example,this paper explore the influence of the road network form on the layout of urban shopping center by means of stepwise regression combining spatial syntax theory with GIS technology(such as kernel density estimators method,etc.)on the basis of analysis on the shopping centers(including community shopping centers and regional shopping centers)at different scale and the distribution of road network morphology.The results show that:The shopping centers present a spatial distribution characteristic of polycentric axial development,which there is a coexistence of agglomeration and diffusion.The higher the level of the shopping centers are,the weaker the concentration is;The road network form has a significant spatial difference.The road network with high normalized angular choice and integration is widely distributed in the midwest of Xiamen Island,forming the radiation road network pattern form from the core to the circumference,which is in line with the island’s main transport corridors;Partial road network form has a more significant effect on the shopping centers than overall road network form,and the shopping centers rely deeply on normalized angular choice and accessibility of road network form;The community shopping center is positively correlated with the normalized angular choice and integration of the partial road network,while the regional shopping center is positively correlated with the normalized angular choice of the overall road network. |
