| Abstract: | The paper deals with luni-solar tidal effects on height differences measured by precise leveling,presents the correction formulas of leveling height differences for luni-solar tides,thereby verifying the formulas quoted by the existing specifications of precise leveling,and shows few mistakes committed there. The expressions for Sun and Moon's hour angle and declination as needed to compute the tidal corrections are also given in the paper. |
